One Year Dig in - Long-Term Maintenance
Weekly facilitated group calls with other highly motivated six month graduates
Peer support, input, and cross-fertilization with other course-connected graduates
Creation of a personal wellbeing vision statement, symbol/ logo and/or motto, and an inspired action plan for implementing in key areas of one’s life
